Whoever answers first gets the job.
Bright Spark Ops builds and runs the follow-up your shop does not have time for. Unsold estimates chased for a week. After-hours calls answered in seconds. Quote requests replied to before your competitor opens their inbox.

Illustrative. Every line is a timestamp your system already records.
Built for independent shops of five to twenty people. Not franchises, not multi-location groups, no procurement process.

Seven days
The estimates you sent in June are still open.
Open your dashboard and count the quotes older than two weeks that nobody chased. Not because nobody cares. Because the person who should be chasing them is on a roof.
We follow up on every estimate you send, for seven days. Five texts and two emails, spaced with rest days so it reads like a person rather than a machine. It starts two days after the quote goes out and stops the moment they reply.
Every reply lands with you. The system never quotes, never negotiates, and never pretends to be you.

Eight seconds
At 9:12pm the line rings out, and they dial the next name on Google.
Your site says twenty-four hours a day. That call did not get answered, and you will never know it happened. Being invisible is what makes this easy to ignore and expensive to keep.
Within seconds of the hang-up the caller gets a text with your name on it and a time you will call back. Genuine emergencies route to whoever is on call. Everything else is waiting for you in the morning, with the caller's number read back and confirmed, because a mistyped phone number is a dead lead.
On response time
Contacting a lead within five minutes rather than thirty raised the odds of qualifying it by twenty-one times.
Dr James Oldroyd, MIT Sloan, with InsideSales.com. Three years of data across six companies, 15,000 leads and more than 100,000 call attempts. The study is about lead response, not estimate follow-up.
Under sixty seconds
They filled in three quote forms in one sitting.
Moving is a comparison purchase. The customer requests estimates from three companies inside ten minutes and books whoever comes back first. The two who replied on Tuesday never find out they were in a race.
Every form gets an answer in under sixty seconds, day or night, with a real acknowledgement and a time. If you already buy leads from Angi or Thumbtack, this is about money you have spent rather than money you might spend.

How it works
Four decisions that make this safe to switch on.
-
01
We never touch your phone number.
No porting, no carrier paperwork, no window where your line could go down. A conditional forward sends unanswered and after-hours calls to the system. Daytime behaviour is completely unchanged, and rolling the whole thing back means deleting one forwarding rule.
-
02
Live in forty-eight hours.
No integration project, no procurement, no onboarding call about onboarding. We need your hours, who is on call, and your open estimates. That is the whole setup.
-
03
Delivered means confirmed, not sent.
A message counts as delivered when the carrier confirms it arrived. No confirmation inside sixty seconds and it escalates to your second contact, then to email, then to a call on the on-call phone. Retries are keyed so nobody gets notified twice at two in the morning.
-
04
One switch turns it all off.
Flip it and everything routes to voicemail until you turn it back on. You never have to phone anyone to stop it.
The deal
What we will and will not promise.
Will
- A response measured in seconds, on every call, form and estimate.
- A monthly count you can check: calls missed, texts sent back, replies, jobs booked.
- If that counter reads zero after ninety days, you get your money back.
Will not
- More leads. This captures the demand you already have rather than creating new demand.
- A booking or revenue target. That depends on your call volume, your pricing and your reviews, and none of those are ours to control.
- Anyone promising you volume is promising something on your side of the line.
Service, not software
There is nothing to log into.
The tools built for this are priced for multi-location groups with an operations team to run them. If all four of your people are on tools, another dashboard is not going to get opened, and a platform fee for something nobody opens is a bad trade.
So this is a service. One person builds it, runs it, watches it, and picks up when it breaks. You get a working phone line, a monthly report, and an actual human who knows your setup.

Questions
The ones that come up on every first call.
Do I have to change or port my phone number?
No, and we would talk you out of it. Your existing line stays exactly where it is with your existing carrier. We add a conditional forward so calls that go unanswered, or that come in after hours, land with the system instead of ringing out. Porting is the most common way these projects go wrong, so we do not do it.
What happens if the system fails at two in the morning?
The line never goes dead. If the responder fails, the call falls through to a voicemail box that transcribes and sends the message on. We also write the lead down the moment the call connects rather than when it ends, so even a call that drops halfway still leaves you a number to ring back.
Will my customers know they are talking to a machine?
Yes, in the first sentence. It is required in a growing number of states and callers are fine with it when it is upfront and quick. Saying “representative” at any point gets them through to a person or to your on-call phone.
How long does setup take, and what do you need from me?
Forty-eight hours from the point we have three things: your hours, who is on call and how to reach them, and a list of your open estimates. There is no integration project and nothing to install.
We already use ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro. Does that matter?
No. Those handle the job once it exists. This handles the window before it exists, which is the part that is currently ringing out. It sits alongside what you run rather than replacing it.
Am I locked into a contract?
Month to month, cancel whenever. There is a kill switch you can use immediately and the forwarding rule comes off in minutes. Anything built stays configured to your business for as long as you are with us.
Tell me what happens to your calls after five o'clock.
If the answer is voicemail, or a mobile that sometimes gets picked up, there is a number worth counting. Send me one line about your setup and I will tell you whether this is worth your time.
